We are always expanding our Academic Network of universities and colleges. Currently we have partnerships with 30 Dutch universities and business schools from a broad variety of study programs. But Indotrainee is an independent organization so we can work with any university around the globe.

We strive to offer Bachelor and Master or PhD candidates from all possible degrees, backgrounds and nationalities. Since that Indotrainee exists we have had applicants from all thinkable study backgrounds varying from advertising and creative media to agriculture, engineering and MBA, legal, hospitality business and marketing.

Yes! Currently we only work with overseas universities, and ones of which we know of that a part of their student population is Indonesian.

Yes! We succeed in identifying and localizing Indonesian student communities at our partner universities. But given the rise of exchange programs in Indonesia (inbound and outbound) we see a growing number of foreign nationality students that are "Indonesia ready" before they apply.

No. Student internships are educational activities under Indonesian law. This means that under no condition student interns, become "employee" or will be seen as such during the internship period. Therefore interns are not exposed to labor law in Indonesia and does not fall under "expatriate" quota.

Step 1: Access your applicants

Click on "Candidates" and then "My Applicants" from the user menu on the left of the dashboard.

Step 2: Review resume status

For each individual applicant, download the student resume by clicking "Resume". If the student did not attach a resume, click "Request Resume" to request the student upload his or her resume to Indotrainee.

Step 1: Access your listing

From the bar at the top of the page, choose "Listings". and then "My Listings".

Step 2: Repost listing

Click "Repost Listing" for the listing of your choice.

Step 3: Review job details

The same process to post a listing will appear with the original job details. You can either edit the details accordingly, or choose to keep it the same as before.

Step 1: Access your listing

From the bar at the top of the page, choose "Listings". and then "My Listings".

Step 2: Edit the settings of your listing

On the listing of your choice, select "Edit Copy" from the "Edit Settings" dropdown.

Step 3: Edit job information

Click on the pencil symbols to change the details of each field.

Step 1: Begin the login process

Go to the Indotrainee homepage, then click Login at the top of the page.

Step 2: Report forgotten password

Click "Forgot your password?".

Step 3: Retrieve password from email

You will be prompted to enter the email address that you used to sign up for WayUp. Once you click "Help me get my password", you should soon receive an email that will allow you to reset your password.

Step 1: Access database of students

From the dashboard on the left of the page, click "Browse Candidates".

Step 2: Search for students

You are able to search by degree, major, student type, graduating year, GPA, and more!

Note: Once your listing has been approved you will receive an email from the Indotrainee team letting you know the listing is now live on the site.

The statuses of a listing are "active", "paused", and "closed" All listings will appear in the "Listings" section of your account, which you can select from the bar at the top of the page, regardless of status.

Active: users can view and apply to your job

Paused (greyed out): your job is currently inactive but can be reactivated by someone on our team (reach out to support@indotrainee.com)

Closed: your job is no longer active and the only way to get it live again is to repost the job.

Step 1: Access your applicants

Click on "My Jobs" and then "My Applicants" from the bar at the top of the page.

Note: If you have multiple listings posted, simply click on the tab coinciding with the job that you'd like to view.

Step 2: Email applicants or Send them a message

For each individual applicant, click "Copy Email", which will then appear as "Email Copied". Paste the email address into your own email client to contact the applicant. If a student has provided their phone number, you can also contact them by giving them a call.

If you'd like to send them a message, simply click "Message".

Step 1: Access your applicants

Go to the "Applicants" section of your account, which you can access from the bar at the top of the page by clicking "Candidates" and then "My Applicants".

Step 2: Review each applicant

Click on each individual applicant to see their respective answers, as well as more information about them.

Step 1: Access your business profile

From the bar at the top of the page, click "Business Profile".

Step 2: Reset password

At the bottom of your business profile, click "Reset password".

Step 3: Retrieve link from email

Once you click "Get new password", a link will be sent to your email where you can change your password.

You will get an email when the first candidate applies to your position. After that, you will receive an email daily as you continue to get new applicants for the position.

To view all the applicants that have applied to the position so far, check out the "Applicants" section of your account, which you can access from the bar at the top of the page by clicking "Candidates" and then "My Applicants".

You can close a listing at any time by going to the "Listings" section of your account.

On the listing of your choice, click "Close".

You'll then see a pop up confirming your decision. If you're sure that you'd like to close your listing, simply click "Yes, I'm sure".
